8 Things to do in Los Angeles this January

What’s your plan for January? Well, if you are in LA or you are planning to visit LA here are the best things to do this month.

2015 winter save the date

1. You can have a great time at Dine LA’s Restaurant Week. Restaurants like Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills and Abigaile in Hermosa will be offering special deals. Be sure to grab a meal at LittleFork (great oysters) in Hollywood.

2. The Reef, located in the LA Mart building in downtown LA, will host an art exhibition for Photo LA. The historic site is definitely worth the visit.

3. Check out the Museums Free For All event. Several museums, including the Hammer, The Getty Villa and the California Science Center, are giving patrons free access to their exhibitions on the 31st.

5. If you like chocolate and tequila then Culver City is the place to be. ChocoVivo is teaming up with Sip + Taste LA for a great event on February 6th.

7. If you don’t want to stay indoors, go ice-skating. You can choose to glide in Santa Monica’s ocean breeze or in the shadows of Downtown’s skyscrapers.

8. Yes, it’s January. However, here in Southern California the beaches are always a great place to spend the day. Don’t forget to bring a sweater, as the ocean air can be a bit chilly in these winter months.
